Vinyasa Level 2 Class
This class features a different creative series of flowing postures each week. You'll sync the postures with your breathing to build strength, invite flexibility, and challenge balance. A great music playlist will motivate your movement, and a guided relaxation rewards you at the end! Appropriate for students with some prior yoga experience.

Second Half Yoga
Some days you feel like a robust, spring chicken, and some days you creak and groan like an old sofa... This class is for all of us who want to live strong in the second half of our life!
Geared to ages 40+, this class is a full body awakening that is both active and low-impact, and honors all the pre-existing conditions we've accumulated in life thus far!
Using supportive yoga props and chairs, this class improves stamina, balance, and flexibility for people of all ages and abilities. Amanda's clear, simple instruction includes variations and modifications of the yoga postures, so that students of all levels can feel both confident and challenged.
Please note- this is not a "chair yoga" class, but we utilize chairs for extra balance and height. Students do not need prior yoga experience, but should be able to get up and down off of the floor unassisted.

Private Yoga Sessions
- All sessions last 60 minutes (90 minute sessions available upon request).
- Students only need to provide their own yoga mat.
Sessions may take place at either in-person at my healing space in Garrison, NY, at FulBeing Collective on Wednesdays or online via Zoom.

Private Sessions
- One-on-One
- We start from where you are and build from there.
- You and your body are unique. Your yoga practice will be tailored to balance your strengths and challenges.

Semi Private Sessions
- Two or four people share the cost of a private session.
- Perfect for couples or friends who want to practice together, and keep each other motivated.
- A similar level of experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Private Group Classes
- 5 people or more
- Gather your friends, family, or co-workers for a yoga class. Have Amanda come to you, or rent the MOVE Studio in Cold Spring, NY, or the Valley Spirit Acupuncture studio in Beacon, NY.
- Also great for special events such as weddings (the perfect way to begin the special day), birthday celebrations, or company events.
Retreats & Festivals
